At Vinci Leather Shoes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted shoes are not a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping carton to ensure the premium leather remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned footwear for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
